Prolab Technologies develops, manufactures and markets high-performance, environmentally-friendly chemicals, lubricants and treatments, both conventional and biodegradable, for the industrial and automotive sectors.

OLEOTEK is a technological research facility for industrial oleochemistry which offer oxidation stability testing (Rancimat), biodiesel oxidation stability expertise, biodiesel testing, biodiesel research services for small and big projects alike, oils and fats characterization, new products development, process development, technical support, formation and information.

The mission of the CTMP is to support the development of the Quebec based companies and the organizations working within the mineral sector as well as in the plastic sector. The CTMP is doing business in R&D activities, technical support and information in beneficiation of the entreprises of both sectors. The CTMP supports its customers in all steps from design to realization of projects, as well as technological transfert or implementation and diffusion of new technologies.

Conseil québécois du biodiesel 's mission is to promote the utilization of biodiesel as a replacement fuel or combustible for petrodiesel which, with the alignment with the concept of sustainable development. This will ensure that province of Quebec assume its leadership in greenhouse gases reduction and air quality as well as its full potential of innovation in the recycling of residual and the production of high performance biodiesel for use in cold climate.

 Regroupement Biodiesel's mission is to promote the transformation and utilization of biodiesel in a perspective of durable development notably with the setting up of a biodiesel microproduction plant in Thetford Mines.

Oleoprod inc's goal is to develop and commercialize a semi-synthetic insulating oil for electrical transformers. This oil, which is an oleochemical based product made from renewable starting material, non toxic and biodegradable, is fully usable at temperatures well below -60°C.

 

Innoltek's mission is to provide industrial products that are environmentally friendly and are made from renewable ressources. Innoltek's flagship product is FORM-TEK, a biodegradable, non-toxic concrete form-release oil for the construction and precast concrete markets. FORM-TEK is the result of the technological transfert from the OLEOTEK's project. The Technopole contributed to this transfert in 2010 and Innoltek was housed at the Technopole since then.

 

Terra Lube's mission is to provide innovative solutions for bio-lubricants for industrial and dermo pharmaceutical uses. The market segments targeted by Terra Lube are industrial and organic oils to treat skin diseases. Terra Lube is working with the reseach center OLEOTEK and was housed at the Technopole de la région de Thetford since 2010.

 

Consulchem is a company that offers training services and that is specialized in green and industrial chemistry. Consulchem offers customized and specialized training. The company was housed at the Technopole de la région de Thetford since 2010.

 

Rouillard Bio-Énergie is a company created in 2008 that uses waste cooking oils to produce biodiesel, a renewable fuel whose use allows the reduction of global warming. The company uses the OLEOTEK's pilot plant facilities for production. She is also continuing its research efforts to develop valued-added products from glycerol, a byproduct of biodiesel production.
